In the juvenile drama Gossip Girl, Setton portrays Penelope Shafai. She first appeared on the ABC soap opera One Life to Live as Kimberly Andrews on 14 August 2009. Setton also had tiny appearances in Sex and the City and What Happens in Vegas, both released in 2008. She had taped her final episode as Kim on One Life to Live on 21 February 2010, despite receiving a contract and a pay boost, according to the website Daytime Confidential.
