Arianna covered a number of major events in Savannah, such as the lowering of the Confederate flag from the South Carolina State House, catastrophic floods in Columbia, South Carolina, and helped with team coverage of Hurricane Matthew, which ravaged sections of the Southeast. Arianna worked as a reporter for the NBC station KOMU 8 News throughout her undergraduate education, covering the Missouri State Capitol. She also interned at NBC Washington, D.C. for four years. Arianna is a member of both the Missouri Alumni Association and the National Association of Black Journalists.
