After a brief time presenting a radio show in Tucson, Arizona, he relocated to Los Angeles and was hired as the on-air television anchor for Daybreak OC, an Orange County-based morning lifestyle/news show that catered to the whole Los Angeles region. Later, he moved on to KSWB in San Diego, where he worked as a features reporter before being hired by WNBC in New York. Formerly, he was the host of New York Live on WNBC while employed by NBCUniversal. For “Best Features Reporter” there, he earned three consecutive Emmys.

He served as a correspondent for Extra in addition to co-hosting the widely syndicated television program Crazy Talk.
