Clay Gordon Career

Gordon, who previously worked in Portland, Maine, is thrilled to be returning to the Midwest and joining the 10TV family. After starting as a Saturday morning anchor, Clay was elevated to the 11 p.m. news. In addition to Peoria, Illinois, and Bangor, Maine, he has worked as a reporter and anchor. Clay is a Chicago native and a graduate of Indiana University. He used to be a firefighter/EMT and enjoys playing hockey. Gordon is a journalist who is also involved in the community. He is a nationally licensed fireman and an Emergency Medical Technician who works part-time for the Town of Holden, Maine. He’s also read books to children in the mall, marched in multiple Christmas parades, and been interviewed on several radio stations.
Gordon works as a Weekend Anchor and Reporter for News Center Maine. He joined the newsroom in December 2017.
