Since he was a child, Zwart has had a fascination for filmmaking. He began what he is now renowned for when he was eight years old, creating short films. Later, he enrolled in the Dutch Film Academy in Amsterdam, where he produced Gabriel’s Surprise, a student film. He received a lot of accolades for this film, which was eventually televised. Zwart went on to direct films, commercials, and music videos after graduating from film school. Lange Flate Ballaer 2, Agent Cody Banks, Hamilton, and One Night at McCool’s are among his best-known works.
Zwart is most known in his native Norway for producing and co-directing Long Flat Balls, a film about Fredrikstad soccer supporters.
