Iain Lee (initially known as Iain Lee Rougvie) is an English journalist, writer, and former tv host who broadcasts the Patreon-based phone-in chat show The Late Night Alternative.
Lee began his career as a stand-up comedian in the 1990s before becoming well-known as the co-host of The 11 O’clock Show from 1998 to 2000 and the breakfast show RI:SE from 2003. In 2005, he went full-time on the radio, delivering mostly conversation shows on LBC 97.3, Absolute Radio, BBC Three Counties Radio, BBC Radio WM, and talk RADIO, for which he won multiple radio awards. Lee debuted his Twitch program in July 2020, after his contract with talk RADIO was not renewed.

When he arrived to London in 1998, the British entertainer began his career doing standup comedy events all over the city.
