Bush worked for Elite Model Management before launching FEED. She has modeled for Tommy Hilfiger, Abercrombie & Fitch, and designers Gai Mattiolo and Isaac Mizrahi on multiple occasions, and she has appeared in Vogue and Vanity Fair. Bush interned with designer Zac Posen alongside Ashley Olsen and served as an intern on the comedy Friends, making a cameo appearance in one episode. Bush served as a World Food Program Student Ambassador in Chad in 2005.
Lauren established FEED Projects in 2007 as a social venture dedicated to tackling global poverty on behalf of the UN World Food Programme.
Bush launched her fashion label “Lauren Pierce” on 11 September 2008.
