Lauren traveled to New York City in 1999 to pursue her dream of becoming a performer. She also started singing backup vocals for multi-platinum acts. Judge Lauren eventually started writing, recording, and playing her own music all around the New York metro area. Lake worked as a correspondent, expert, and life counselor on The Greg Behrendt Show, counseling guests with relationship troubles, career changes, and domestic disputes.
