In every episode, he gives the property owners remodeling options to turn their space into a legal rental unit. The viewers can see the ultimate discoveries and the renovation. The show premiered in 2009, and its 100th episode aired in 2013. The show’s format was changed from a half-hour to an hour in 2013. In 2014, it returned to its previous half-hour length.

Scott McGillivray HGTV Career

Renovation Property hires Bryan Baeumler to help McGillivray turn his recently bought lakeside resort from a total wreck into a one-of-a-kind vacation rental. Renovation Resort will premiere on HGTV Canada in the spring of 2023. It renovates a resort, just like Baeumler’s other program Island of Bryan/Renovation Island. Four contractor-designer teams will compete against one another in a seven-episode competition series to renovate individual cabins under the direction of McGillivray and Baeumler.
