Shannon Mulaire Career
Until 2015, Shannon worked as a reporter and presenter in Boston for five years. Before returning to New England in 2010, she served as a reporter and journalist for WTVT in Tampa and as a reporter and producer for WFTX in Fort Myers. Shannon double-majored at Wellesley College and received a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Cinema and Media Studies. She went on to Emerson College to get her master’s degree in broadcast journalism, where she was honored with the departmental excellence award. She is a graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy in Exeter, New Hampshire.
Her first job was as a reporter and anchor for WTVT in Tampa, Florida. In 2010, she returned to New England to work for WFXT in Boston, Massachusetts, as a weekend anchor.
